Biography
Jaclyn Rauen is a registered nurse and nurse educator with more than 15 years of experience in pediatric, medical-surgical, critical care, nursing leadership, case management and nursing education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University in 2010 and her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in nursing education from Nebraska Methodist in 2018.
Her clinical experience includes pediatric and pediatric intensive care, medical-surgical and intensive care nursing, and diabetes education. She also has extensive leadership experience, serving in roles focused on nursing operations, case management, care coordination, quality improvement and healthcare system management. In addition to her clinical and leadership roles, she has experience as a nursing instructor, where she combines her clinical expertise and leadership background to support the education and development of future nurses.
Her professional interests include medical-surgical nursing, pediatric nursing, nursing leadership and nursing education. She is passionate about connecting clinical practice, leadership and evidence-based education to prepare nurses to provide safe, high-quality patient care.
