Meadows South is located on Eleventh Street at the northwest corner of campus. Four students can sign up to live together, or roommates can be assigned.

Built as a co-ed residence hall in 1964, Pierson Hall houses 434 first and second year students. Pierson Hall went through an extensive remodel in 2022-2023.

Schultz Hall is a co-ed hall with 157 residents, all in double rooms. There are group study rooms and floor lounges on each floor.

Southeast University Neighborhood includes apartments, townhouses and a Starbucks coffee shop. These apartments are located on the southeast part of campus.

Part of ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø Village, Spencer Hall is one of three residence halls completed in August 2010 with four floors.

Part of ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø Village, Thorne Hall has three floors and is one of three residence halls completed in 2010.

Connected to Wecota Annex on the west side of campus, Waneta Hall is a three story co-ed hall that offers double rooms and houses 244 residents.

Built in 1969, Young Hall is a co-ed residence hall located on the east side of campus. Young Hall houses 480 residents.
