Join us for an afternoon with artist Skye Gilkerson (b. 1982).
Gilkerson, visiting us virtually, is an interdisciplinary artist creating poignant conceptual projects across a range of media, including sculpture, installation, photography, film, collage, and poetry.
Gilkerson will be discussing her pieces recently acquired at the South Dakota Art Museum. Two of those artworks are currently on display in "New Arrivals" through October 11.
3:30pm Light refreshments
4:00pm Presentation start in the Museum auditorium
