This workshop presents eight essential principles for human-centered learning. Four name an irreducible human core: human flourishing; human relationships; human creativity and lived experience; and accessibility. Four are operational commitments that carry the core into practice: equity; inclusion; openness; and universality. Each principle is grounded in a documented case from a real institution.
