Kellie D. Bryant, DNP

Bryant is a women's health nurse practitioner, certified healthcare simulation educator, and a Fellow of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, the Academy of Diversity Leaders in Nursing and the American Academy of Nursing. She is the director of the Center for Innovation in Education Excellence at the National League for Nursing, where she leads the development of innovative products, faculty development programs and artificial intelligence-driven tools designed to transform nursing education.

With over 20 years of experience in nursing education — including 17 years specializing in simulation — she is recognized nationally and internationally as an expert at the intersection of artificial intelligence, simulation-based education and health equity. She also serves as senior consultant for advancing health equity, providing education and guidance to organizations on delivering equitable care and fostering learning and work environments.

A sought-after keynote speaker, Bryant has delivered addresses across the United States and globally on topics including AI integration in nursing education and clinical simulation, competency-based learning and advancing health equity through innovative pedagogy. She has presented before organizations such as the International Council of Nursing, the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, the National League for Nursing and the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning, among many others.

Bryant's scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed publications, book chapters and funded research spanning simulation science, opioid overdose prevention and health disparities. She has secured millions of dollars in grant funding and serves on multiple national and international boards and committees.
